We had new windows installed a few years ago and I wanted to let everyone know as of this date I am still very happy with my decision to use this company. They have lived up to everything they have said. I even had an issue where one of my grandchildren somehow managed to knock one of our sliders out of its track (long story and I was not a happy camper on that day) but Vinyl Windows was quick to respond to my issue and repaired the slider back to new. It is nice to work with a company that will do what they say they will do.
